Terms of service

The service organizes transaction information from supported bank statement PDFs into Excel files for download and review. Supported banks, file types, and processing limits are described on the service page. We do not provide bank account connections, banking services, or financial, tax, or legal advice.

Upload only statements that you are authorized to use and process. Make sure your upload and processing of personal or financial information comply with applicable law and your obligations to other people. Do not upload files obtained without authorization.

Statement layout, clarity, and content can affect extraction. Results may contain missing, duplicated, or incorrectly identified fields. Compare the Excel file with the original statement before bookkeeping, filing, submitting materials, or making another decision.

Anonymous users can convert 1 PDF page per day, and signed-in free users can convert 5 PDF pages per day. Standard includes 400 pages per month, Professional includes 1000, and Enterprise includes 4000. Daily quota resets in UTC and plan quota follows the current PayPal billing period. Failed conversions do not use quota; partial results count PDF pages.

Standard, Professional, and Enterprise plans renew monthly. Prices are shown before purchase. Payment is completed through PayPal and is charged only after you confirm the purchase. PayPal may send subscription status, renewal, and payment failure information to this service. Manage automatic renewal for a subscription in your PayPal account.

Uploaded PDFs, extracted transactions, and generated Excel files are used to complete the current conversion and download only. They are not kept as persistent file history. Keep your original statement and downloaded result yourself; the service does not provide historical re-downloads after the current flow ends.

Do not use the service to forge or misrepresent financial records, infringe another person's rights, commit fraud, distribute malicious files, or bypass quotas, security measures, or access limits. We may restrict service access for illegal or clearly abusive activity.

You retain the rights you have to files and their contents. Uploading a file gives us only the permission needed to process it for the current conversion; it does not transfer ownership. Rights in the website software, interface, and brand remain with their lawful owners.

We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee that every file will convert, that the service will always be available, or that results will be completely accurate. To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect losses caused by failure to review results, unsupported formats, or service interruptions. This does not exclude liability or user rights that cannot be excluded by law.

We may update these terms when the service or legal requirements change and will show the update date on this page. Important changes affecting an existing subscription will be communicated as required by law and the rules shown at purchase.
