Privacy policy

Uploaded PDFs may contain names, account numbers, transaction dates, amounts, balances, and transaction descriptions. When conversion is available, we process the PDF, extracted transactions, and generated Excel file only to complete your requested conversion and download. We do not use this content for advertising or unrelated purposes.

When you sign in with Google, Supabase stores the identity and account details needed to provide account services. After a subscription is activated, we store its status, plan, PayPal subscription identifier, billing period, payer email, and a snapshot of the website account email at purchase. PayPal handles payment information. These records do not contain PDF originals, extracted transactions, or Excel content.

To operate the website, maintain security, and investigate failures, we may process access time, IP address, browser or device information, and error records that do not contain statement content. We do not write bank transactions into these technical records.

Information is used only to complete conversions and downloads, manage accounts and quotas, provide subscriptions and billing, respond to requests, maintain service security, and meet applicable legal obligations.

PDFs, extracted transactions, and generated Excel files are used during the processing required for the current conversion and download only. They are not written to a persistent database, object storage, or file history, and are not kept for later download.

Account, quota, and billing metadata is retained only as long as needed to provide the service or meet applicable legal obligations. It is deleted or anonymized when no longer needed according to the actual system and legal requirements. The account email stored at purchase is part of the subscription record.

Account sign-in uses Google and Supabase. Subscription payment and status synchronization use PayPal. PayPal may process payment and account information under its applicable terms and privacy policy. If processing occurs across borders, we will apply the safeguards required by applicable law and describe the actual arrangement. We do not sell bank statements or transaction information.

The website uses browser local storage to remember appearance preferences and necessary session cookies to maintain sign-in. You can manage local storage and cookies through your browser settings.

We use reasonable measures appropriate to the sensitivity of the information being processed, but internet transmission and software systems cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect your original statements, downloaded Excel files, and account access details.

Depending on the laws that apply where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us using the email below. Where applicable, you may also complain to a regulator. We will verify and handle requests under applicable law.

Using the service also requires reading the terms of service.

We may update this policy when service features, processing methods, or legal requirements change and will show the update date on this page. We will notify users of material changes as required by applicable law.
